This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a webpage, hosting it, and creating a DNS (Domain Name System) to allow people to view your webpage. This tutorial will NOT work on: Windows XP Home, Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95, or any non-Microsoft operating system. IIS (Internet Information Services) is a Windows utility allowing other users to view files (usually html files) in a specified directory of your computer (C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\). Don't worry if that folder isn't there, it shouldn't be, and if it IS you have IIS installed already. If your worried about security, I assure you, IIS, and port 80 for that matter, have strict regulations disallowing any INCOMING information.
